Vegas Headshot Lab Studio Policies

 

We want your headshot experience to be simple, professional, and stress-free. These policies help us protect your reserved studio time while providing every client with the attention and service they deserve.

 

Booking, Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Your appointment is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your session. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrivals may reduce the amount of shooting time available. Arrivals that are significantly late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.

Image Selection, Retouching & Delivery

The number of final images and level of retouching included are determined by the headshot package purchased. Final images will be professionally retouched and delivered digitally. Additional images or retouching beyond what is included in your package may be available for an additional fee.

Refunds

Because studio time is reserved specifically for each client, deposits are generally non-refundable. If Vegas Headshot Lab must cancel your session and a suitable rescheduled appointment cannot be arranged, any payment made for that session will be refunded.

Image Usage & Privacy

Your images will not automatically be used for advertising, social media, portfolio display, or other promotional purposes solely because you booked a session. Permission for promotional use may be requested separately.
