Professional headshots are ideal for LinkedIn, company websites, business profiles, speaking engagements, marketing materials, and anywhere your professional identity needs to be represented. Clients who need a broader image library can create additional looks for personal branding and marketing use. We shoot tethered, so your photographs appear on screen during the session. We can evaluate expression, positioning, wardrobe, and other details together and make adjustments immediately. We’ll compare the strongest photographs together and help you narrow the session down to the images you want professionally finished. Your selected photographs receive professional finishing that cleans up temporary distractions while preserving natural skin texture and keeping you looking like you.

Camera-ready makeup hits different under professional studio lighting. While it is never mandatory, we highly recommend it to elevate your final look. We have a beautiful, dedicated makeup vanity right here in the studio to get you ready. We partner with elite freelance Makeup Artists to provide custom styling tailored to our lighting setups. Because these top-tier artists book up quickly, we require advance notice to secure their availability. Pricing varies by artist and is subject to change starting this coming January, so please contact the studio directly to check current rates, secure your slot, or discuss details.

Woman’s Hair & Grooming Prep

Your hair should reflect your personal brand on its absolute best day. For the best results and a completely flawless headshot, we highly recommend hiring our professional hair and makeup artists to elevate your look for the camera. While we highly recommend a pro touch, arriving with your hair and makeup done your own way is completely acceptable, and we will still deliver incredible results. For quick flyway’s or minor adjustments, our retouching process can clean up temporary stray hairs, but a solid foundation ensures the most natural result.

Male Grooming & Facial Hair

For our male clients, we focus on a clean, sharp look. Our high-end retouching naturally takes care of minor skin blemishes or temporary redness, so there is no need to worry. If you have facial hair, please arrive with it cleanly trimmed and styled exactly to your preference. If you prefer a completely clean-shaven look, we recommend shaving a few hours before your session to avoid any immediate razor burn or redness on camera.

We are available for shooting Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We usually schedule one to two sessions a day, but we are always happy to adjust the timing to fit your calendar—just request whatever works best for you. We do ask that you avoid scheduling any tight commitments right after your shoot in case we need a little extra time to perfect your looks.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar. You can easily book and pay your deposit directly through the booking system on our website to lock in your session. If the times shown online don’t fit your schedule, reach out and ask! We’re flexible and always do our best to accommodate your needs. Any remaining balances, additional image purchases, or hair and makeup fees can be taken care of on the day of the shoot.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, ACH transfers, and Square by contacting us directly. Once your session is locked in, you’re only responsible for the other half of your session and the images you choose to purchase on shoot day, plus hair and makeup if you’ve booked our stylist.

We are located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and accessible from all highways. Our studio is directly off the 15 on Spring Mountain.
